Text Message Weather For An Interstate

Weather Texttm

This service will help you plan trips better and keep you safe by letting you know when your interstate is covered in snow, experiencing high winds, or getting pounded by strong thunderstorms before you get there. This service is designed for any who regularly travel an interstate and it can be customized for those who travel on an interstate in one or many states or across the country. Travelers, Truckers, RVers, Bus Drivers, and Movers stand to benefit most from this service. The program looks out for you monitoring hourly weather observations every day along the interstate. We only send alerts when very strong limits are reached so you won't get bombarded with text messages and/or e-mails. The conditions we let you know of are: moderate to heavy snow, ice, freezing rain, freezing drizzle, very dense fog, moderate rain, thunderstorms, tornadoes, sustained winds 30 mph or higher, wind gusts of 45 mph or higher, wintry mix, very thick smoke, extreme cold, extreme heat, and dust storms.
THE SERVICE IS FREE SO SHARE WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY! Be sure you know the costs of your cell phone texting plan. Be safe on the roads.

If you want alerts from the entire Interstate then leave the States blank. If you travel the Interstate through particular states then give us the Beginning State and Ending State of your travel. This will help you avoid getting reports from outside your travel route. You can change this throughout the year by e-mailing us your different beginning and ending states. An Example..You travel I-95 from Rhode Island to Maryland. Then on the States line enter RI, Maryland. You'll get reports for all areas inbetween. If there is just one we'll set you up for that state only.
